How far in advance should we book?
We recommend booking 1–2 weeks in advance for most lifestyle shoots. For proposals or destination shoots, 2–4 weeks gives us time to plan location and timing with you.
Where do you shoot?
We're location flexible — your home, a park, café, beach, or a destination you're travelling to. We adapt to your story and can suggest spots if you'd like.
Do you do surprise proposal photography?
Yes. We coordinate discreetly with you (or whoever is planning the proposal) so we're in place to capture the ask, the yes, and the emotions — without spoiling the surprise.
When will we receive our photos?
Edited photos are delivered within 1–2 weeks via a private online gallery — ready to share and print. We'll confirm the timeline when you book.
Can we include our pet?
Absolutely. Pet photoshoots are one of our lifestyle offerings. We work at your pet's pace and capture both portrait and candid moments with you.
What is your cancellation policy?
A 30% advance payment secures your session and is non-refundable. If you need to reschedule, we'll do our best to accommodate a new date at no extra charge, subject to availability.
