How far in advance should we book?
We recommend booking 1–2 weeks in advance for portfolio and influencer shoots. For editorial or multi-look sessions, 2–3 weeks gives us time to plan concepts and locations with you.
Do you provide styling or creative direction?
Yes. We offer creative direction, mood boards, and on-set guidance so every frame looks editorial and on-brand. We can also work with your stylist or MUA.
Studio or location — what do you offer?
Both. We have studio access with professional lighting for clean, controlled shoots. We also shoot on location — outdoor, urban, or indoor — to match your brand and vision.
When will we receive our photos?
Retouched, high-resolution files are delivered within 1–2 weeks via a private gallery — ready for portfolios, brands, and social. Rush delivery may be available; ask when booking.
Do you retouch skin and do colour grading?
Yes. We provide professional retouching (skin, colour, composition) to industry standard so your images stand out in castings, feeds, and lookbooks.
What is your cancellation policy?
A 30% advance payment secures your shoot and is non-refundable. If you need to reschedule, we'll do our best to accommodate a new date at no extra charge, subject to availability.
